its etc . should you really try and do it ALL at once like cold turkey, or would it be better to do one thing at a time, to avoid failure? Much like New Years Resolutions which usually fail??

I've tried a diet with exercise plus, quitting smoking twice. I did lose the weight, was extremely cranky and annoyed by myself and other people around me but I ultimately failed to quit smoking.
