Only bad for the society... because you aren't synchronised with many others who may need to contact you at a certain time to get a job done.
Though the above statement could be irrelevant if you deal with world time.

300 char lim sucks. Watch out 4 continental roster shift patterns, especially ones with quick changes, i.e. back at wrk in less than 10hrs. (decent firms pay penalty payments 4 this). Permanent jet lag is the result. New Scientist said my rosters were worst possible.
