How do you get rid of baby fat without changing your entire life style?

When I had my first child I lost a LOT of weight by the time she was 1 and when she was 2 I was at my prepregnancy size, I did this with no exercise and not a drastic change in my diet. Now my son is 8 months old (3 years younger then my daughter) and I still have a LOT of weight to lose. My stomach more then anything, please help!!!|||You are going to have to make some changes in your life style to get rid of that extra weight, but there%26#039;s no reason to dive right into it by running 5 miles a day and doing a full 3-hour yoga/pilates/aerobic workout right off the bat. Start off small.

One of the biggest things you can do to help cut down on some of that fat is to simply cut back on how much you eat everyday. No need to go anorexic of course. . . but making your serving portions smaller and cutting down on how much high-calorie snacking you do between meals can go a long way toward helping to eliminate that fat.

If you couple this with exercising by %26quot;taking the scenic route%26quot;, you%26#039;ll start making habits that will slowly-but-surely eliminate that fat. By taking the scenic route, I mean that you go the long way, the more strenuous way, to get something done. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Walk to the grocery story if you are close enough. Even walking for a half hour more everyday will help a little. It%26#039;s always the little things that make the biggest differences.

If you can get into the habit of doing these things, step it up to a bit tougher exercises. Try doing aerobic type exercises for 20 to 30 minutes a day when you get a little time (I know that can be tough since you are a mom!). Biking is another good way to start exercising too since it isn%26#039;t as stress-filled as running or intense work out can be.

Good luck in your endeavor!|||Walking is probably the easiest workout to do with young kids and without having to go to a gym. Almost everyday since she was born, I have stuck my daughter in a stroller and walked for at least 20 minutes. It took me 2 years to get back to pre-pregnancy weight, BUT I didn%26#039;t change my diet. I am trying to that now just to be healthier and because I have other non-baby weight to lose. :)

It seems that the stomach fat is the hardest to get rid of too. I%26#039;ve heard doing Pilates can help some people. I just hold onto my daughter and do crunches The extra weight seems to help build the muscle faster and she gets a kick out of it.|||lol i need to know this also :) baby fat sucks :)|||I have 2 children too!! With my son, I gained a lot of weight and it took me 10 months to get even close to my normal size. With my daughter, I didn%26#039;t gain as much weight, and I am already back to pre pregnancy weight from before having my son! I had an emergency c-section with my son, and a scheduled c-section with my daughter. I have a lot of muscle damage, but the way I lost the weight from both kids was by swimming. I also breast fed both kids, which is medically proven to help you lose weight. I swam while I was pregnant with my daughter, it was a lot of fun for my son and I. He loves to swim with me, so it was a good work out for both of us. Swimming really will help you lose the weight, and tone back up. Good Luck!|||Crunches won%26#039;t help. You have to somehow burn more calories than you take in. You%26#039;d be surprised how many calories you eat just by taking a little nibble here and there.

There are a lot of diet plans out there, but most of the ones that work suggest that you stick to eating the same things you usually do, just cut the portions in half. Also try to eat six times a day, three regular meals and three snacks, and don%26#039;t snack in-between.

Aerobic exercise is also key. Try a brisk walk every morning.|||Crunches do help some...for the stomach area. But how do you get rid of those love handles? Thats my problem!|||You%26#039;ve got to do the crunches. There%26#039;s no other way.

What are the best self-help books for changing your life?

CRANK by Ellen Hopkins

its about a teenager in highschool who was quite normal but one summer when she got a hold of the drug Crank, her life was turned upside down.

i love the book. its short, interesting, in a poem style format, and it teaches us all a lesson that no matter who you are your life can instantly change from drugs.

How would changing your NAME change your LIFE?

what do u think hmmm?|||I think its more of a self thing. like security.

when some one changes their name its changing their identity which

is a stepping stool for confidence to change:D|||not much|||It would stop everyone from calling me iCarly|||Hmm...I don%26#039;t know. I like my name as is ^_^

OH MY SKULD IT%26#039;S NOODLE!!! Gorillaz=win.|||hahaha well people think they%26#039;re really cool and original for coming up with %26quot;uhh-man-DUH%26quot; so that would be a fun thing to live without.

Changing your life; Can you throw out everything you've believed and learned and start fresh? Can you become

who you need to be? Is it possible?|||You can%26#039;t throw away everything you%26#039;ve believed because you%26#039;ll always have a part of you that remembers the things you believed before. You have to learn and grow from the past, you can%26#039;t just drop it and begin again. You have to start from where you are and try to overcome the obstacles placed in front of you. There is not an easy way to do this. You can overcome and work towards change, but you can%26#039;t get rid of the past. The harder you try to, the harder it is to forget. Learn and Grow from it. You can%26#039;t ever throw out everything, because you%26#039;ll still remember the hardships in your life.

In order to change your life, you must try to overcome the adversity in your life. You must want to change, but only from learning from the mistakes you%26#039;ve made. You can%26#039;t ever start over, but you can keep going and seek guidance from God, friends, family, etc. It is possible, you just need a little bit of faith. Through God we can be perfected. (I%26#039;m Christian, sorry if that%26#039;s what you are running from)|||yes.|||it%26#039;s hard. u can always become watever u want 2 if u want it bad enough but u can%26#039;t ever forget wat u%26#039;ve learned cuz it%26#039;s a part of u. u can always try.

What has been the most life changing moment in your life?

What was THE moment that has completely impacted / inspired / changed your life????? PEACE %26amp; LOVE to all of you wonderful people|||When my kids were born! Having children completely changes your life, it also inspired me to be a better person, because now I am not only responsible for myself, but for two precious lives.|||graduating hs|||That%26#039;s easy. The moment I met the woman I am spending the rest of my life with. It was a defining moment par excellence.|||Becoming a mother. Wow! So Awesome!|||the day I had my daughter... she%26#039;s great!|||when i realised my mother loves me a lot, more than i can ever imagine. she endangered her life for saving me but thankfully we both are alive and living happily in the same world|||the birth of my son

What was your biggest life changing experience ever?

Has your life been changed over a second? or a desicioun for ever?...have you had a moment when you could choose between your life and death?./..have you been so lucky to be alive now!!!?..if you had a life changing moment ..please share it.|||Mine was going to New Zealand. I originally came over on a 1 year working holiday visa then I met a man who later became my husband and father of my 4 month old daughter. I ended up moving here permanently. That decision to go to New Zealand in the first place changed my life forever.|||Life is worthless and cheap in the first place ... how important is any event within it? nothing ... life and all experience of life and within life is nothing more than some ****|||My biggest life changing experience was watching my father die unexpectedly. He had been ill for quite some time, but he had a period of slight recovery. When I arrived at his home, we had a conversation. I asked him a question. When I didn%26#039;t hear his response, I turned around, he had a fixed look on his face. I tried CPR to revive him. It didn%26#039;t work so I just closed his eyes, and told him it was OK to go on. My father and I had a very stressful relationship. He was an abusive and violent alcoholic, but when he was sober, he was gentle, loving and productive. When he drank, he was the opposite. I didn%26#039;t see him for almost 2 years at one time because of embarrassing me in front of friends and neighbors by violent, loud tirades. His death changed me in that I am now more tolerant of those with addiction problems. I do not easily run from hard conditions or from others who perhaps I could help or even love alittle bit more in life. Not every life is the same. My father%26#039;s situation changed me into a more tolerant and loving individual.|||The day my husband died. After being with this man since I was 16 I was alone. 35 years with the same best friend, lover.

Songs about someone changing your life for the better?

one person in my life (a good friend) has made the biggest impact on me.

She is always there for me, and when everyone lost faith in me, she still saw the best in me.

She is like my angel that convinced me to keep going!

I couldn%26#039;t live without her, %26amp; i want a song that explains that!

Any kind of music!

THANKS! (:|||Changed By You - Between The Trees

How is the internet helping or changing your life?

With the internet, I was able to do thorough research for my thesis when I was still in univ... I can get the news, shop, read books or anything under the sun, get in touch with friends wherever they are in the world, post/download pictures, download music/games -- I can do all that online! It basically makes my life easier... and it broadens my knowledge about the world and people with just a click of the mouse... (^_^)|||U can do alot on the internet|||I found my true love on the internet|||its an easy life style.|||Lots of valuable free technical info online. If someone sells info on the internet you can bet that with a little persistance you can find the same info for free somewhere...experiment with search phrases and you can find answers to anything for nothing!|||It%26#039;s definitely helped me improve my searching skills. I took a load of Reference courses at college, and I use the knowledge that I have to improve what I%26#039;m looking for and vice versa.

I can also find information that I won%26#039;t find elsewhere - ie. on television or magazines. As long as I know what I%26#039;m looking for, I can usually find it.

I%26#039;d like to say that it%26#039;s helped me keep in touch with friends and family, but it%26#039;s not 100% true - only some of them.

How would changing your religion affect your life (family, friends, etc)?

If have been trained to believe in some religion, but later you start to have your own beliefs. How difficult would it be to expose that to people like your family, friends, school, church... etc?

Do you think they will be stunned to find out that you want to change your religion or become an atheist or an agnostic... ?

Will they hate you for this?

What do you think would be the consequences and/or effects of doing so?|||I%26#039;m sure I%26#039;d shock the hell out of a lot of people if I suddenly became religious but I%26#039;m pretty sure I wouldn%26#039;t lose any friends over it.|||they would have me committed because i told them if i ever become a bible thumper, then i%26#039;ve been brain washed or hit on the head.|||I became an atheist and my mother and other family members accepted it, my little 12 year old cousin is agnostic.|||You can%26#039;t change your religion. The only things you can change are membership in a religious organization and superficial opinions.

If that%26#039;s all your religion is, feel free.|||Just tell them.

If your family is christian then they%26#039;ll have to forgive you, but know that they%26#039;ll be praying for your soul for the rest of time because deep down they%26#039;ll believe that you%26#039;ve fallen from the wagon.

Religion preaches violence and spreads propaganda around the world. Boycotte it!|||My former Christian friends are very upset and have been playing serious politics since I left the Church. Now I have way better Buddhist, atheist and liberal minded Christian friends so its all good|||How much you expose is how much you are comfy with. My religion is personal so I don%26#039;t run around wearing it on a tee shirt %26quot;I am Pagan!%26quot;. I don%26#039;t hide my jewelry either but most people don%26#039;t notice the pagan reference anyway. My immediate family was not surprised to find out that I had gone in a new direction, a few others were surprised but pretty much ok. No one in my circle of friends and family have hated me for accepting the real me. Some outsiders have been nasty...but they aren%26#039;t important so it%26#039;s all on them. As for consequences, none really that I can think of.|||As being as I know that God is real and so is Hell and Satan

then I would be stupid to change to something I know is not real.|||Depends on the family, really. When I changed rreligions, my mother was supportive, and completely okay with it (in fact, I think she suspected I would). Whereas my step father and grandmother make fun of the fact that I%26#039;m no longer Christian. So sometimes your family is supportive, and other times not. For me, it%26#039;s difficult because I won%26#039;t tell teh rest of my family because I don%26#039;t want to have to listen to them mock me or be upset that I %26#039;left god%26#039; or any crap like that.

Are you changing your life style to help combat global warming?

no, I%26#039;ve always had what others call a green lifestyle. I will warn people about being ripped off by everyone except oil companies. Oil companies profits are lower than microsoft, and GE. Exxon is the 17th largest oil company, its puny, but gets press from those that are anti evrything, the same that what you spend money at thier highest price energy sources.|||No.

I won%26#039;t change my lifestyle to change the temperature on Mars either, since it also is having global warming as well.|||No I changed my life style to keep from getting ripped off by the oil companies that are funding this AGW scam for higher profits. Follow the money and see who are the only ones with good profits right now and then you will know where the money to keep the scam going is coming from. Global warming is caused by solar activity period. From the 1850s through 1940 we had a noticeable warming fueled by a spike in sunspots. The warmest year here was 1934, which was cooler than the average during the MWP. Then through the 40s and 50s it cooled a little bit as Co2 levels rose dramatically. It warmed slightly in the early 60s and then cooled again in the 70s bringing on the great Hansen鈥檚 first appearance on the world stage promoting Co2 as a global cooling gas that was going to drive the world into the next ice age and starve or kill most of the worlds population.

Then just as this was getting off the ground the sun spot activity jumped again and things started warming up again. So on the advice of Al Gore Mann and Hansen rewrote their whole scenario to match his alarmist book and altered the NASA temperature records to coincide with Co2 levels. This heating period ended in about 2000 with the hottest year of the cycle in 1998 well below the 1934 record year. Since then low solar activity has allowed cooling to set in and real scientists are watching carefully to see what direction temperatures are going to do. Recently Hansen, Gore and some of the other alarmists have admitted to 20 years or more of cooling before it starts warming again, but they at this point are guessing the same as anybody else!

|||No, i chanced my lifestyle to help the environment, When we start taking care of the Environment the Global Warming will take care of its self.

|||I don%26#039;t think i will. only because where i live, sunny california, there are things called seasons.4 of them. and right now its summertime. soon its gonna be fall. then winter. spring and summertime all over again. i will still drive over the speed limit, burn my fireplace when its cold, waste energy by leaving my house doors and windows open with the air conditioner on, and leave my sprinklers on overnight.|||I am considering an air conditioner|||No. It%26#039;s already too late. Read Lester Brown%26#039;s %26quot;Plan B%26quot; and Ronald Wright%26#039;s %26quot;A Short History of Progress.%26quot; Or for that matter, read any United Nations document on the subject. Trust me. We%26#039;re doomed. There are just too many people on the planet.|||No , the planet will warm if it wants to , you are helpless to stop it . |||I don%26#039;t drive a car, so that helps. I am also lately taking a shower every other day and cutting the midday meal out of my diet on some days. This also helps keep my weight down. |||NO

|||No, I am not. Are the stars changing their output to save the universe?|||No, why should I change anything to solve a nonexistent problem?|||Nope. Just changing to help my wallet.

What was your life-changing moment?

And how did it change your life? Everywhere I go, I here about people who decided to get their life back in order when there grandmother died of obesity... or guys who decide to give up bad habits (smoking... drinking) with the arrival of the unexpected daughter. Do you have a life-changing moment?|||I haven%26#039;t reached that point yet, but when I was born it was pretty life-changing :) does it count if I don%26#039;t remember it?

What was a life changing experience for you? How did it change you/your life? How did it affect others?

I didn麓t aprove college exam...

Therefore I had to start working...|||When my grandma who I was very close too died a few yrs back. It was so sudden and it realy showed me how short life is and how it can be taken from you just like that. You would never see it coming just like I didnt see her death coming. It taught me to surround myself by loved ones and not take things for granted.|||When my dad died. I had moved away and been living in a new state for a couple of years. When I came back home, for the services, and to be with family -- I started coming back to visit old friends I%26#039;d seen while home....and gradually I ended up coming back home for good when I fell in love with somebody I eventually wound up with for the next seven years.

I never should have moved back to my home state. I had started a new life, and I should have stuck to it.|||Ya pick one out of the hundreds... ive been through the worst **** and im not even 19 yet (hopefully it%26#039;s all outve the way yeah?)

most depressing was friend since we were 1 died

u could imagine how that went through for me

Lucky im alive after i went to his wake and saw open casket... thx for bringin back the depressing thoughts|||When I moved; I changed myself too; I%26#039;m no longer around the people i once was so yeah|||When my friend almost died, A kid i knew just died recently and when some people i was close with stopped talking to me..Realized how crazy life is|||the biggest life changing expeirance for me was when i was kidnapped at the zoo. I was missing for 3 days, i don%26#039;t want to talk about what happend in those 3 days but it has changed me forever, i am no longer the same person. I do not go to the zoo, i no longer trust men, and i lost a lot of friends.|||when i learned that i had 2 herniated discs at 13. it changed my life cause i literally cannot do things i use to do - i can%26#039;t run, jump, pretty much any physical activity i cannot do cept walk or swim. i can never go to sleepovers anymore, and i can%26#039;t go shopping for more than 30-40 minutes cause my back will ache and my legs will start to hurt (sciatica). it affected my parents in an enormous way, during that period i could not walk or do anything, i was really weak cause i couldn%26#039;t sit up to eat, all i did was lie in bed and move my head and arms. for other people it%26#039;s not as bad as it was for me - mine was probably the worst ever. my parents were heartbroken and they felt guilty they couldn%26#039;t do anything for me, they always saw me in pain and they hated it. but i%26#039;m better now and i%26#039;ve gotten really close to my parents, i%26#039;ve learned a lot and even though i still have the herniations, i%26#039;ve adapted living with them to everything i do so i%26#039;m alright :)|||i accepted i had a drug and alcohol problem so after a couple tries and the right anti-depressants today i have 11 yrs. of sobriety and i realized the peace i was looking for was not at the bottom of a bottle of booze, a bag or on a mirror. the way it affects others is i%26#039;m not driving around trashed anymore taking my life and the lives of others for granted by driving intoxicated to the hilt. =)|||I went to a party and a guy gave me some alchohal, took me took his house (sort of kidnapped) and I got raped

I almost got pregnant and I didn%26#039;t tell anyone.

I had a secret abortion and told my parents afterwords.

The rapist never got caught until 5 weeks ago

The person was my enemy%26#039;s boyfriend she probably made him do that to ruin my life

Now after that it changed me because I used to think that life, is just a easything, born, go to college, get married and so on. But now I think Differnt ly.

I think of the dangers of the world

When I go some where I feel the feeling that Im not safe now.

But thats how life is, its not safe

You gotta deal with it!

How do you go about changing your life?

any advice from ppl who have made a big turn around, dropped bad habits and got out of a rut.|||First decide what you want out of life then take steps to make it happen. Just sitting thinking about it will achieve nothing and you will be in the same chair, thinking the same thoughts, in a years time.|||Work to live

Don%26#039;t live to work|||Move area new job|||Buy a gun|||have you looked into the air force reserves or air nat%26#039;l guard?|||Well I was in a right rut and after months of thinking I decided that if I wanted my life to change I had to do something as nothing would change if I left things as they were. I went to the doctor and got medication for depression - that was the first step. I then thought about exactly what i needed to do to change my life. For me this was moving back home. for you it might be going back to college. In the end the sooner you make the effort to change your life, the sooner things will change. If you don%26#039;t make the change, your life will continue as is. that%26#039;s your choice. Do you want to change, or carry on as you are?|||I still have alot of big changes to make but to start off I write out and oath to myself promising to change the things that I can and every morning I remind myself of what I need to do to get to where I want to be..I made and oath to become more responsible and Ive had a job for 2months even though many people thought I couldnt handle it,Ive been going to school and not skipping/ditching AND! doing any work now I went from fs and ds to as cs and bs and am on my last year of higschool of to college soon which was something I thought I%26#039;d never ever go to but I think Ive changed alot and have higher standards for myself..anyways I hope this helps atleast a little lol and dont give up on yourself! whatever you want to change the power is in your hands, just dont let anything anyone including yourself hold you back! Take Care =P|||You must first believe that you can change. Then, you just do it. I need help from God, most people do. Otherwise change is very difficult as well as believing you can change.|||the only way you can do it is by doing it yourself, by getting back in control of your life and feelings and make yourself happy no one will do that for you and in my experience people will always let you down weather they mean to or not.|||Move to a new place and start again.|||Its a bit radical but you could die, joking.Pick what you can change, then what you think you can change, then hope for the best, good luck.|||sit back. take stock of your life. if you don%26#039;t like what you see......change it!

I%26#039;m tired of me.....|||Go to the book store or library and pick up a book that you wouldn%26#039;t ordinarily read.

Change your diet (for the better).

Go to the gym. If you already go, go more often.

Listen to a different type of music or talk radio than you usually do.

Style your hair differently.|||Well everyone gets in a rut. I%26#039;d say try a small step at a time . Try a new hobby, a new outing, read a book, take a small vacation. Start an exercise regime, etc. It%26#039;s too overwhelming to look at the whole big picture if you are frustrated with yourself or your life. John 14 (Contemporary English Version) - Biblegateway.com

John 14

Jesus Is the Way to the Father

1Jesus said to his disciples, %26quot;Don%26#039;t be worried! Have faith in God and have faith in me. [a] 2There are many rooms in my Father%26#039;s house. I wouldn%26#039;t tell you this, unless it was true. I am going there to prepare a place for each of you. 3After I have done this, I will come back and take you with me. Then we will be together. 4You know the way to where I am going.%26quot; 5Thomas said, %26quot;Lord, we don%26#039;t even know where you are going! How can we know the way?%26quot;

6%26quot;I am the way, the truth, and the life!%26quot; Jesus answered. %26quot;Without me, no one can go to the Father. 7If you had known me, you would have known the Father. But from now on, you do know him, and you have seen him.%26quot;

8Philip said, %26quot;Lord, show us the Father. That is all we need.%26quot;

9Jesus replied:

Philip, I have been with you for a long time. Don%26#039;t you know who I am? If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. How can you ask me to show you the Father? 10Don%26#039;t you believe that I am one with the Father and that the Father is one with me? What I say isn%26#039;t said on my own. The Father who lives in me does these things.

11Have faith in me when I say that the Father is one with me and that I am one with the Father. Or else have faith in me simply because of the things I do. 12I tell you for certain that if you have faith in me, you will do the same things that I am doing. You will do even greater things, now that I am going back to the Father. 13Ask me, and I will do whatever you ask. This way the Son will bring honor to the Father. 14I will do whatever you ask me to do.

The Holy Spirit Is Promised

15Jesus said to his disciples:

If you love me, you will do as I command. 16Then I will ask the Father to send you the Holy Spirit who will help [b] you and always be with you. 17The Spirit will show you what is true. The people of this world cannot accept the Spirit, because they don%26#039;t see or know him. But you know the Spirit, who is with you and will keep on living in you. 18I won%26#039;t leave you like orphans. I will come back to you. 19In a little while the people of this world won%26#039;t be able to see me, but you will see me. And because I live, you will live. 20Then you will know that I am one with the Father. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Ephesians 4:20-24 But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off concerning your conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in righteousness and true holiness.

Colossians 2:6,7 As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the LORD so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

Stop trying.

Start beginning.

Feel every emotion and experience everything.|||Hi.

There are many different ways to go about changing your attitudes about life.

Some ways are simple ways, and some ways take hard work. Some ways can help change things quickly, while other ways may take a long time before you see any real changes.

If you are going through a phase where things seem up in the air, %26amp; you feel lost, sometimes this short prayer helped me a lot: it is called The Serenity Prayer:

God, grant me the serenity

to accept the things I cannot change,

the courage to change the things I can,

And the wisdom to know the difference.

A friend who went to a 12-step program gave me that prayer, and it does help me focus on things more clearly. I use it to this day.

Sometimes, we get stuck %26amp; our emotions are a bit overwhelmed. Then it is often helpful to go to therapy to work things out. It may be short-term therapy, or it may require a lengthy amount time. But you can gain much insight into why you are feeling the way you do, at this time of your life.

At other times, keeping a journal is very helpful. It allows you to spend time thinking about how %26amp; why you feel the way you do. You can allow your thoughts to flow freely %26amp; sort out what feelings are truly based on reality %26amp; which are just emotions. Feelings aren%26#039;t facts.

Another helpful way to work things out is to use meditation. It allows you to get completely relaxed. Then you can try to talk to yourself about how you feel. Then, try to clear your mind %26amp; just let your thoughts %26amp; feelings flow through you. Don%26#039;t worry if you keep thinking at first; it takes practice to stop trying to %26quot;figure out%26quot; what%26#039;s going on.

One type of philosophy asserts that life is suffering, %26amp; that all suffering comes froms our desires. Stop desiring things, %26amp; the suffering will end. To an extent, I agree with this, but not totally.

I did stop desiring things that would make me look better in the eyes of other people 鈥?that did bring me peace. Once I started living for myself, I felt content. Also, when I stopped looking outside of myself for things to make me feel fulfilled, I also felt more peace.

True harmony can only come from inside you. If you are looking for things outside you, for example, a man in your lifr to %26quot;complete%26quot; you, or a fancier job, you won%26#039;t feel any better. I do not mean to imply that you ARE doing these things; I only mean IF you are. You don%26#039;t indicate any of that in your question, so I would guess you are not doing those things.

For me, what helps the most, is my strong belief in God. I am a Christian, although I certainly respect %26amp; love those who are not. I%26#039;m not saying you should believe what I do; I am merely sharing what I believe in, what brings me peace.

I start %26amp; end my day with both prayer %26amp; meditation. This fills me with a strong sense of peace %26amp; allows me to go through the day feeling that peace.

Having a pet also alters my state of mind. I have 2 cats, and they bring me great joy. I love them so much, and they love me, unconditionally.

Another way to help improve both your mood %26amp; attitude is to do volunteer work. It doesn%26#039;t need to take much time out of your week. I worked full-time, plus I went to college after work %26amp; on Saturdays. However, I always made sure that I had some type of volunteer work. This allowed me to step out of my own life/mind %26amp; think %26amp; focus on others who were needing help.

Altruism is never completely altruistic, %26amp; that%26#039;s OK. When the intent is to help others, it%26#039;s certainly OK to feel good about it. How could someone not?

I once worked as a Reader to people who were blind. This only took up 2 hours of my week, but I DID help people. I DID stop dwelling on myself as much, %26amp; I DID feel good about it. There were many different volunteer jobs over the years, but I always made sure I had one. Except for the one I mentioned, most volunteer work requires 4 hours a week 鈥?certainly not too much, even with a busy schedule.

The last thing I wanted to mention was your state of happiness. When I became truly content in life was about 1987-88, when I realized the Truth. I realized my mistake was in TRYING to be HAPPY all the time. It isn%26#039;t possible!

What I realized was that life was like an imaginery straight line called Contentment. THAT was where I needed to be! Along this line (life), there were peaks of Happiness that I could take great pleasure in. There were also these valleys of Sadness that I had to deal with. However, these peaks %26amp; valleys were always transient, fleeting. After experiencing them, I would return to the line of contentment that was life. I hope this makes sense to you.

Anyway, I have given you many ideas, some of which may be right for you, while others may not be. I hope I have offered you some help. You are right...life IS way too short to feel down so much.

I wish you the best of luck, %26amp; I wish you contentment, with many peaks %26amp; few valleys.

Peace.

Then she closed her eyes

And found relief in a knife

All alone the way she feels

Left alone to deal with all the pain-drenched sorrow relief

Bite the lip just forget the bleeding

Then she closed her eyes

And found relief in a knife

The blood flows as she cries [x2]

Curled up shes on the floor

Relief left her she had hoped for something more

From it

She is weeping and He

Wraps His arms around

And around and around and...

The deeper I hurt

The deeper you cut

Lets say you have a fear of flying. This fear limits your ability to get places. It will limit people you meet. It will limit jobs you can get. It will limit the places you can go. If you can overcome that fear you will have more options.

People judge you by your attitude. If it is a negative judgment you will not get there help. if they judge it offensively you may actually be harmed in a physical manner. By having what society considers a positive attitude many doors will be opened to you and you will less likely be harmed.

If I lock myself into any specific thoughts I limit myself and will have problems with changes. Life is change so I will have problems everyday. If i leave my thoughts open to change. |||one of the best life changing philosophies is to accept reality is only real due to your own perceptions. Everything we think we see hear touch taste or smell is not an external truth but an internal truth. reality isn%26#039;t real unless you accept it as the way it is, life is what you make of it! accepting that nothing is real allows you to take control of how things affect you you can perceive something that used to upset you for instance and decide that it doesn%26#039;t upset you any more and it makes you laugh. sounds crazy but if you genuinely believe it then it works i now walk down the road smiling at people and i tend to get dodgey looks back and that makes me smile even more! its a deep philosophy suggesting material reality comes second to that of consciousness, but it is deep and its main focus proves all of the quantum paradoxes. Did anyone else hear the Fifth trumpet of God Almighty sound during “Operation Desert Storm”?

Did anyone else hear the Fifth trumpet of God Almighty sound when oil wells were lit ablaze during “Operation Desert Storm”?

During the Gulf War when all the oil wells were lit ablaze I was attacked by a demon on three separate occasions all at night. This is what happened. While I slept this demon would fly through the window and attack me. The spirit inside me fought this demon briefly until I awoke. Then it made me take over. I leaped out of bed trying to defend myself. This demon was horrid and spun circles around me thrashing through my soul with his hands. then it left as fast as it came. The demon radiated from the pains associated with the abyss. He was like a coal pulled from the fire, with the pains of the abyss Rev 9, 3. This attack happened on three separate occasions as I have stated. The third time however was different from the rest. As before the demon attacked me, but this time I had enough since to command it to leave in the name of Jesus Christ. What happened next is even more amazing. After commanding this demon to leave in the name of Jesus, the Holy Spirit delivered me outside my room into the hallway. The demon followed. We were brought into the presence of the Lord. The Demon stood to my left and grabbing my hand with his, it placed its tail on top of my left hand. It was the sting of the scorpion and it went like this. It sent waves of fire through my soul Rev 9, 10. The pain was so sever that I couldn%26#039;t scream. Unconditionally, I looked straight up and said “father please help me”. The demon then left.

This all happened after being seduced into trying transcendental meditation and falling into spiritual bondage to witchcraft / demonic forces Rev 13,10. Or the spiritual bondage may have occurred after playing a Ouija board as a young boy. I%26#039;m not quite sure. What I am sure is that prior to being attacked by this demon, I was forced to go through the N.W.O%26#039;s. “secret” ceremony performed through transcendental meditation assisted with witchcraft / demonic forces. Why I say demonic forces is that I believe all witchcraft to be the powers of demons / the Devil. I was forced with witchcraft, through methods of torture, to go through said ceremony. The methods of witchcraft included mind control / manipulation, heart palpitations, witchcraft dreams causing sleep depravation, powerful visions, and many other forms. In said ceremony I was instructed to except the worship of one of their many %26quot;demonic gods%26quot;. They informed me that in excepting one of there gods I accepted them all. One of there Gods was the Devil, another they named Jesus, but they had a demon for every occasion. What better way to join all religions of the world together under one banner of 666?

To the best of my knowledge this is the method Satan%26#039;s Secret Society uses to distribute the “spiritual mark of the beast”, and cause spiritual captivity Revelation 13, 10. Have you received your spiritual mark yet? This may sound hard to believe for those who don%26#039;t know what I%26#039;m talking about but it is a true story. Hear are a few scriptures giving in sight. Revelation 13, 10, If anyone is to go into captivity, into captivity they will go . This is spiritual captivity to witchcraft / demonic forces. Naham 3, 4, who enslaved nations by her witchcraft. Revelation 18, 23, By your magic spell all nations were led astray.

There is a way out, but it is difficult. Revelation 12, 11, those who overcame, overcame by the blood of the lamb and the “word” of their testimony. They didn%26#039;t love their own lives so much as to shrink from death. Hebrews 2, 15, by their fear of death they are held in spiritual captivity. Satan%26#039;s Secret Society has many names; a few are the Mafia / Illuminate Masons 666! Have they been using drug dealers to terrorize your neighbor hood? Christians are their many “Free” Masons and Shriner%26#039;s in your Christian church? I%26#039;m sure they are in all walks of life and the cancer is spreading through out society.

Here is the rest of the story. Three to four nights later the demon returned in the early am @ about 3am. He wasn%26#039;t alone, Satan / Apollyon and the demon%26#039;s twin brother was with him. They hovered in the air above the ground, before the olive tree in the back yard. I could see them as the spirit in me manifested them to me! Satan hovered in the middle while the demons were on either side of him. The demon on his left had been thrown into the lake of fire for what he did to me. He radiated like a coal pulled from the fire what seemed to be 15%26#039;x15%26#039;. He was lit up like a Christmas tree! Graciously yours baptized by fire the witness! Who will believe this testimony? God will be my witness!

Do you believe that changing your point of view would make your life changes too?

There%26#039;s a saying like that, but what if we cannot change?|||Of course we can all change. maybe not our instincts, but how we view the worled, our relationship with it., asn such. theese things can all be changed. The power of positive self talk is amazing, if we tell ourselfs that we are crap, then we are likely to feel so, whereas if we tell ourselfs we are great and wonderful people, and act in such a way, then of course that would change our perception and outlook on life .

We all have to be willing to change and see things from other peoples points of perception as well as our own.

By being better people, we then change, our whole lifes change, because, now this is a universal truth, LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. Therefore if your n good, decent and nice, you will attract the same kind of positive responses from your peers. We reap what we sow,

So go out and reap some %26#039;good%26#039; seeds!!|||It%26#039;s been a year ago.

%26quot;Our thoughts create our realities...%26quot;

~Author Unknown

When I first heard this, it didn%26#039;t really make a lot of sense. But the more I thought about it - the more I realized how true it is.

Whatever you believe sets the stage for how you react to everything that happens to you. Whatever you believe serves as a model for how you understand the world.

So in essence - what you think about something certainly impacts the results you get in life.

If you want to truly change, you have to find a way to change what you believe or to change what you dream being possible.

Change is the hardest thing a person can go through, so there is no one %26quot;right%26quot; way to do it. But it%26#039;s possible if you work really hard (starting with how you think about things).

Jesus is the meaning and purpose of life! Jesus is God, and Jesus loves you so very much! :D

Only Jesus truly satisfies our lives and brings true fulfillment to our souls. NOTHING ELSE will satisfy you, no matter what you acquire in life.

The meaning and purpose of life is to believe in Jesus alone for salvation, to be loved by Jesus and to love Him, and to glorify the Lord forever!

Salvation is a FREE GIFT that happens in a split second when you believe in Jesus alone to save you! It is impossible to lose or %26quot;leave%26quot; salvation (John 6:39-40, John 10:28, 1 John 5:13).

The truth about Jesus is that the only way to be saved and to get into heaven and avoid being sent to eternal hell, is by believing in faith alone that Jesus, who is God, died on the cross for all our sins as FULL PAYMENT for all our sins, and then Jesus rose from the dead (1 Corinthians 15:1-4). Believe in Jesus alone for salvation, and you will be in heaven, no matter what!

The rosary is explained here:

http://www.ewtn.com/Devotionals/prayers/鈥?/a>

The fifteen promises of Mary to Christians who recite the rosary:

1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary shall receive signal graces.

2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.

3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against Hell, it will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

4. It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.

6. Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries, shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just, he shall remain in the grace of God and become worthy of eternal life.

7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without the Sacraments of the Church.

8. Those who are faithful to recite the Rosary shall have during their life and at their death the light of God and the plenitude of His graces; at the moment of death, they shall participate in the merits of the saints in Paradise.

9. I shall deliver from Purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.

10. The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in Heaven.

11. You shall obtain all you ask of me by the recitation of the Rosary.

12. All those who propagate the Holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.

13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire Celestial Court during their life and at the hour of death.

14. All who recite the Rosary are my sons, and brothers of my only Son, Jesus Christ.

15. Devotion to my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.

God bless!
