What are your favorite scriptures for changing your life?

What changed my life was realizing the %26quot;scriptures%26quot; weren%26#039;t true.|||God the Father is so good, giving Jesus and Holy Spirit to guide me...to live this life...I have peace from Him!

Praise the Lord always!

John 14 (Contemporary English Version) - Biblegateway.com

John 14

Jesus Is the Way to the Father

1Jesus said to his disciples, %26quot;Don%26#039;t be worried! Have faith in God and have faith in me. [a] 2There are many rooms in my Father%26#039;s house. I wouldn%26#039;t tell you this, unless it was true. I am going there to prepare a place for each of you. 3After I have done this, I will come back and take you with me. Then we will be together. 4You know the way to where I am going.%26quot; 5Thomas said, %26quot;Lord, we don%26#039;t even know where you are going! How can we know the way?%26quot;

6%26quot;I am the way, the truth, and the life!%26quot; Jesus answered. %26quot;Without me, no one can go to the Father. 7If you had known me, you would have known the Father. But from now on, you do know him, and you have seen him.%26quot;

8Philip said, %26quot;Lord, show us the Father. That is all we need.%26quot;

9Jesus replied:

Philip, I have been with you for a long time. Don%26#039;t you know who I am? If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. How can you ask me to show you the Father? 10Don%26#039;t you believe that I am one with the Father and that the Father is one with me? What I say isn%26#039;t said on my own. The Father who lives in me does these things.

11Have faith in me when I say that the Father is one with me and that I am one with the Father. Or else have faith in me simply because of the things I do. 12I tell you for certain that if you have faith in me, you will do the same things that I am doing. You will do even greater things, now that I am going back to the Father. 13Ask me, and I will do whatever you ask. This way the Son will bring honor to the Father. 14I will do whatever you ask me to do.

The Holy Spirit Is Promised

15Jesus said to his disciples:

If you love me, you will do as I command. 16Then I will ask the Father to send you the Holy Spirit who will help [b] you and always be with you. 17The Spirit will show you what is true. The people of this world cannot accept the Spirit, because they don%26#039;t see or know him. But you know the Spirit, who is with you and will keep on living in you. 18I won%26#039;t leave you like orphans. I will come back to you. 19In a little while the people of this world won%26#039;t be able to see me, but you will see me. And because I live, you will live. 20Then you will know that I am one with the Father. You will know that you are one with me, and I am one with you. 21If you love me, you will do what I have said, and my Father will love you. I will also love you and show you what I am like.|||Here are some Scriptures of our new life:

2 Corinthian 5:16,17 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold all things have become new.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Ephesians 4:20-24 But you have not so learned Christ, if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as the truth is in Jesus: that you put off concerning your conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in righteousness and true holiness.

Colossians 2:6,7 As you have therefore received Christ Jesus the LORD so walk in Him, rooted and built up in Him and established in the faith, as you have been taught, abounding in it with thanksgiving.

God bless you|||Phil. 4:6,7 %26quot;Don%26#039;t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Then, you will experience God%26#039;s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.%26quot;

Galatians 5:6 (b) %26quot;What is important is faith expressing itself in love.%26quot;

First Corinthians 13:3 in The Message translation %26quot;If I give everything I own to the poor and even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don%26#039;t love, I%26#039;ve gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do, I%26#039;m bankrupt without love.%26quot;

First John 4:16 %26quot;God is love.%26quot;

Proverbs 9:10 %26quot;Fear of God is the beginning of wisdom.%26quot;
