How can you change your life by changing your attitude or thinking ?

Lets say you have a fear of flying. This fear limits your ability to get places. It will limit people you meet. It will limit jobs you can get. It will limit the places you can go. If you can overcome that fear you will have more options.

People judge you by your attitude. If it is a negative judgment you will not get there help. if they judge it offensively you may actually be harmed in a physical manner. By having what society considers a positive attitude many doors will be opened to you and you will less likely be harmed.

If I lock myself into any specific thoughts I limit myself and will have problems with changes. Life is change so I will have problems everyday. If i leave my thoughts open to change. I do not know that this is true but believe it could be true. This allows me to see more options and sympathize better. |||I have personally found that at some point in your life you have to begin a deliberate %26#039;unlearning%26#039; process, which (hopefully) frees your mind of received wisdom, religious dogma, prejudices and preconceptions. This %26#039;recaptured innocence%26#039; helps you see things from another point of view, greatly improves relationships, and does change your life for the better... trust me.|||by pointing out my strengths and weaknesses, in what aspects would you want to improve, then applying it in your life one by one; until you are now like that person you want to be.|||Negativity and anger increase emotional volatility incurring counter hostilities. This principle is facilitated by aggressors to antagonise good souls and gain ground by baseless accusations of ill temper incited by the endeavours of contaminant ill willed forces applying witchcraft measures to destabilise peace and harmony.

Awareness of these evil forces at play and those using such means to gain moral ground by the enabling of accusations of tempestuousness can be evidenced in the world and here on this forum.

Each step and manoeuvre towards unity, peace and spiritual progression is met with a negative force of concerted ill will. Pinpointing the people using scurrilous means to inflict suffering and torment upon others should produce rapid cure. People are robbed of their peace and prosperity by dual and conflicting loyalties. If one tolerates a devious element undermining God and Jesus himself, what hope is there for the ordinary good soul...?

|||one of the best life changing philosophies is to accept reality is only real due to your own perceptions. Everything we think we see hear touch taste or smell is not an external truth but an internal truth. reality isn%26#039;t real unless you accept it as the way it is, life is what you make of it! accepting that nothing is real allows you to take control of how things affect you you can perceive something that used to upset you for instance and decide that it doesn%26#039;t upset you any more and it makes you laugh. sounds crazy but if you genuinely believe it then it works i now walk down the road smiling at people and i tend to get dodgey looks back and that makes me smile even more! its a deep philosophy suggesting material reality comes second to that of consciousness, but it is deep and its main focus proves all of the quantum paradoxes. happy days my fellow explorer be happy that you have made the first step in changing your life by questioning it unlike the majority of the worlds ignorant sheep.||| my mother use to tell my when i had an attitude it was a bad wast of good energy life is to short for attitude and negative thinking. i think when you change those thing about yourself that are not liked your bettering yourself and the world there is to much bad stuff in the world dont let anymore in.|||Little by little each day...basically...start with baby steps. I would suggest doing a little exercise for about thirty minutes...whenever you are having negative thoughts, try to turn them into a positive...

ex. : %26quot;I really screwed up with that client! I didn%26#039;t close the sale! I%26#039;m a terrible sales person...%26quot; to %26quot;I gave the customer great service, and showed a willingness to help him/her...they%26#039;ll be back they just need to think about it...%26quot;

That sort of thing...and eventually, your %26#039;Automatic Negative Thoughts%26#039; will start to fade...and you%26#039;ll realized how many you actually have in a day once you start paying attention...

hope that helps!|||Both as both are needed in life.
