Whats the best way to start changing your life?

I%26#039;m tired of me.....|||Go to the book store or library and pick up a book that you wouldn%26#039;t ordinarily read.





Change your diet (for the better).





Go to the gym. If you already go, go more often.





Listen to a different type of music or talk radio than you usually do.





Style your hair differently.|||Well everyone gets in a rut. I%26#039;d say try a small step at a time . Try a new hobby, a new outing, read a book, take a small vacation. Start an exercise regime, etc. It%26#039;s too overwhelming to look at the whole big picture if you are frustrated with yourself or your life. Baby steps is much better and will keep things in perspective..good luck!|||Do things you don%26#039;t usually do.





Stop doing things you usually do.





Simple, but you might not like the results.|||Ok I think your depress not trying to be mean though sorry if it sounds like that and also maybe you should do what your not doing right now and if you really want someone to answer this you need to list what you do right now. Hope I helped in some way?|||Anyone can change their life if they choose to. Ask yourself if you are willing to do the steps to get there. Pretend you are who you want to be and you will become. You have to create a new history. As Dr. Phil would say.|||meet new people, get a change in clothes, new attitude, maybe hit the gym and excerise(that boosts the %26quot;happyness%26quot; in your brain)|||Go regularly to a good church and listen and participate in the activities.
